Yuki Makimura was a Slayer during the 17th century who went up against the Master and allowed him to turn her into a vampire. She remained at her station in Japan, and served as a leader for the Master's Eidu Congregation. Yuki gave her complete loyalty to the Master, which prompted the Watcher's Council to erase all records of her from their records and journals. She served the Master from her station in Japan until learning of his deathat the hands of a later Slayer, Buffy Summers.
After the Master was killed, Yuki waited patiently until the appropriate time, when she ventured to Sunndyale to resurrect the Master and kill Buffy. Stalking Buffy at night, Yuki Makimura gave Buffy and her friends much trouble during her visit in Sunnydale. With Spike's help, Yuki lured Buffy to Sunnydale High School (the site of the Master's death), where she had already kidnapped Buffy's friend, Xander, planning to use him as vessel for which the Master's astral essence to occupy.
Buffy was unable to prevent the ritual from beginning but managed to destroy the Master's astral body before he could occupy Xande'rs body. Blinded by her rage, Yuki became careless and gave Buffy the winning edge she needed to dust Yuki.
POWERS + WEAKNESSES
Yuki was a Slayer first and thus had the usual powers of one, including superhuman strength, healing, speed and reflexes. As a vampire, vampiric unholy strength was added to the fold, making her more than an even match for Buffy.
Yuki has all the vulnerabilities of a Buffyverse vampire: direct sunlight will cause combustion that would eventually kill her if she stays out in the sun's rays for more than a few seconds. A stake through the heart and decapitation would instantly kill her. In addition, certain objects of religious significance to Christians -- specifically Bibles, crucifixes, and holy water -- can burn her flesh. Also, she can not enter a person's home unless he's invited by one of the occupants. Her mental handicap was her death wish, which allowed the Master to kill her easily.
