HISTORY

Fair Quinn was an actor in the late thirties, who had cut a deal with Hollywood's "most influential director" for stardom and success in exchange for a few sacrifices. His meteoric climb towards stardom was cut short when he disappeared under mysterious circumstances. His body was never found, but his soul was trapped in the reel of his movie, "The Final Cut," until he could make the last of his payments to 'The Guy Downstairs.' In the 90s, his film was discovered bya young aspiring director, Marty Glass, who cut a deal with Quinn to provide him with the sacrifices he needed in exchange for power. Quinn opened a dimensional portal that allowed Marty to cross into the film, along with four sacrifices, friends of Buffy's, whom he conned into believing that they would all have parts in his new movie. Buffy managed to save her friends in time, but was unable to save Marty from being Quinn's first sacrifice. Helping her friends to escape the movie reel, Buffy closed the portal before Quinn could escape and burned the film so that he would never have a chance to pay his debt to 'The Guy Downstairs'.
