'War on Crime' features Dini's creation Harley Quinn returning from confinement and attempting to maintain a quiet, low-profile existence as a diner waitress. Unable to live this way, with the crushing drudgery of her self-inflicted routine, Harleen resumed life as the criminally insane Harley Quinn.
