COSTUME #8 Harleen Quinzel, Harley Quinn -- 1999 Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight #126 pencilled by Dale Eaglesham Distinguishing costume features: -santa claus hat -red black latex clown suit: diamond stitching on both sides of legs -harlequin jester hat (tassle grenades attached) -pixie boots (red and black) -black leather eye mask -hairline hidden -white ruffles on wrists and neck -acrylic white face make-up During Gotham City's No Man's Land storyline, in which an earthquake leveled Gotham that prompted the United States government to declare Gotham City a "No Man's Land," the Joker and Quinn attacked the Huntress and Billy Petit's territory at Christmas-time. The Joker shot and killed Petit and all of his men, and nearly killed the Huntress as well. In 2005, Kingdom Come artist Alex Ross painted a Christmas Holiday Plate featuring the Joker and Harley decked out as twisted versions of Santa and Mrs. Claus, bringing joy and laughter to a very unhappily detained Batman!
